1. Operator and scope
Mongle Labs provides the Loopeat mobile app. This policy covers audio practice, advertising, and support inquiries. Contact support@mongleharu.com with privacy questions or requests to exercise your rights.
2. Information stored on your device
Imported audio copies, filenames and folders, saved A–B sections, playback position, speed, repeat count, gaps, and appearance preferences are stored in the app’s local files and database. The first installation time and last app-open ad display date are also stored locally to enforce the ad grace period and daily limit.
Mongle Labs does not upload your audio or library to a server. There is no app account or account-based cloud sync. Your operating system may include app data in device backups according to your device settings.
3. Advertising and Google SDKs
Versions with advertising enabled use Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). For the first 14 days after installation, the app shows no ads and defers advertising SDK initialization, consent-message requests, and ad requests. Afterward, a bottom banner and an app-open ad at a fresh app launch, at most once per day, may be provided.
The app requests non-personalized ads. On iOS, UMP’s IDFA explanation and the operating system’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) choice may appear when advertising starts. The advertising identifier may be used to measure ad delivery and frequency. You can keep using the app if you deny ATT; Google ad requests then omit the IDFA. The iOS app disables publisher first-party ID (PFID). Non-personalized ads still involve data processing. Google may process the following for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention.
- IP address and an approximate location inferred from it
- Device or app identifiers; advertising identifier availability depends on operating-system, consent, and SDK settings
- Ad impressions, interactions, and usage information such as app launches and taps
- Diagnostics such as errors, performance, and launch timing
4. Advertising choices
Before requesting ads, the app checks the required consent status through UMP. A privacy message may appear depending on your region and previous choices. Requests are made only when the SDK reports that ads can be requested. Consent or device settings can limit some identifiers while other data required for ad delivery may still be processed.
When a privacy-choice entry point is required, open Settings > Ad privacy choices in the app to revisit the form. The Google SDK may store consent choices on the device and refresh their status on a later launch. Use your operating system’s privacy and advertising settings to manage identifier and tracking choices. See Google’s official information for its processing and controls.
5. Third-party and international processing
The advertising information above may be processed by Google LLC and parties involved in Google’s advertising services. Google may process information on servers in the United States and other countries. Its Privacy Policy describes its processing, retention, and safeguards. Advertising SDK communication uses the network and is separate from local audio playback.
Loopeat does not include imported audio, saved sections, or folder names in ad requests. It does not use a separate app-analytics SDK or remote audio collection service.
6. Support email
If you email support, we use your email address and the message or attachments you choose to send to respond and investigate the issue. The app does not send them automatically. Please avoid sending sensitive information or audio you are not authorized to share.
Contact support@mongleharu.com to request access, correction, or deletion of support information. Requests are handled with appropriate identity checks and applicable law, including any legally required retention.
7. Retention and deletion
Local files and sections remain until you delete them or remove the app. You can delete files, folders, and saved sections, or clear the library. Clearing the library removes audio and sections; it does not reset appearance or practice preferences.
Removing the app deletes its local device data. Manage original audio and any separate operating-system or file-provider backups at their original locations. Consult Google’s policy and privacy tools for the retention and deletion of advertising data it processes.
8. Permissions and file providers
Audio is selected through the operating system’s file picker. External providers you choose, such as iCloud Drive, follow their own policies. Loopeat does not provide streaming downloads or cloud file sync.
Background audio and lock-screen controls use operating-system media features. Audio practice does not request microphone, contacts, or precise-location permissions.
9. Website and policy changes
These information pages include no separate advertising or visitor-analytics scripts and no file-upload form. Visiting the website sends network information, such as an IP address and request headers, from your browser to the hosting service so it can serve the page. This is separate from uploading app audio.
We update this page and its date when features or processing change. A parent or guardian with a question about a child’s information, or anyone with policy questions, can contact support@mongleharu.com.
