How do I import audio?

Choose audio files with the add button in the library. You can import multiple files at once. Once importing finishes, a copy is stored in the app’s persistent storage. A file provider such as iCloud Drive may need to download a selected file to the device first.

Where do I manage folders and saved sections?

Create folders and move files in the library to organize your audio. The saved-sections tab lets you search section titles and filenames across files, then filter by folder. Selecting a section opens its file and restores its saved A–B settings.

How can I adjust A–B precisely?

Set A and B in the player, then use the section handles or the named A/B and fine-adjustment buttons. You can adjust boundaries in steps of 0.01, 0.1, or 1 second. A saved section can restore its name, playback speed, repeat count, and gap.

Can I change speed and repetition gaps?

Choose a supported speed from 0.5× to 2×. Repeat 3, 5, or 10 times, or without a limit, with gaps of 0, 1, 2, 3, or 5 seconds. Playback is configured to preserve pitch when changing speed. Independent pitch transposition is not provided.

Why does opening a file not start playback?

Autoplay follows your preferences and is off by default. Use the play button to start. When resume is enabled, the last position is restored. Recent items on the practice screen are recently opened files, not measured listening time or completed-practice statistics.

Can I use the lock screen or landscape?

Background audio, lock-screen playback controls, landscape layout, and light and dark themes are supported. Calls, audio from another app, output-device changes, or operating-system power management may affect playback. Send your app and device versions and what happened if something goes wrong.

Can I play streaming or DRM-protected audio?

Use playable audio files you import directly. YouTube links, downloads restricted to a streaming service’s app, and DRM-protected files are not supported. Files with the same extension can still use different codecs that your device cannot play.

When will ads appear?

Versions with advertising enabled show no ads for the first 14 days after installation. Afterward, a bottom banner and an app-open ad at a fresh app launch, at most once per day, may be provided. Consent status, connectivity, and ad supply can affect availability. An app-open ad is not shown each time you simply return from another app.

What happens if I delete data or change devices?

Deleting in the app removes Loopeat’s imported copies and saved sections. Manage original files outside the app separately. Clearing the library deletes files, folders, and sections while keeping appearance and practice preferences.

Removing the app deletes local app data. There is no app cloud sync; operating-system backup and restore depend on your device settings. Keep important original audio separately.

What should I include in a support email?

Send your app version, device model and operating-system version, steps to reproduce, expected result, and actual result to support@mongleharu.com. Hide sensitive filenames. Send audio only when needed and after checking your rights to share it. The app does not automatically send a support report.
